Home-based Care

People thriving at home

At Thrive at Home, we think differently about care. We don’t just see physical needs — we see the need for independence, choice, purpose and joy, just as you had 30 years ago. How do we set you up for this while assisting with those more physical challenges. So yes, we do home-based care that includes frail care, dementia support, post-hospital recovery, companion care, and palliative care, but we do it in partnership with you to get the most out of this life, because we believe that you live until you die!

What sets us apart is our specialised, multidisciplinary team. Carers collaborate with doctors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists and social workers, and we equip families with training and guidance to navigate ageing and supporting with confidence, helping people truly thrive at home, stay connected, and enjoy life every day.

“I would highly recommend them as a service provider. They served my mom and dad for a number of years when it was really tough for us and we needed their additional support. Their willingness to be flexible and to ensure that initially dad and then mom had appropriate care with someone they could relate to well was very reassuring and meant that we slept much better at night! We are forever grateful for their attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

In fact, I don’t know how we would have coped without them.”
