The only way to really know what you might invest in your care (or the care of a loved one) is through a free consultation and assessment. Once we know exactly what the need is, we will provide a few potential options how that need can be addressed - each option will have a different pricing structure attached to it.
That said, there are a few things I can share about our rates that will hopefully entice you to book that free consultation:
* We don’t have a static per hour rate since the more hours you book, the lower the cost per hour becomes. Therefore, the cost per hour for live-in care is much lower than just booking two hours a week.
* We have two approaches to our pricing structure - Monthly Subscriptions rates and Immediate Care rates. They also are priced differently.

Monthly Subscription Rates
Because a monthly subscription allows us to plan in advance, prepare our care teams and makes billing in general easier, we give all our monthly subscription clients a 10% discount on our fees.
Besides the fact that our monthly subscribers pay less, they also mention that the benefit of a monthly care plan is the consistency it creates and even help with the budgeting (no surprises!)
There is a down side to monthly subscription however, and that is, especially when you start a care journey, you might be uncertain about exactly how many hours you will need and exactly what you would need to be done. When everything is new, it is sometimes easier to just work things out one week at a time until you understand the new rhythm of your life with care support. For this reason we have what we call Immediate Care rates (see below), where planning and billing happens weekly - At any stage clients can change from Immediate Care to Monthly Subscription rates when they feel the time is right to do so. -
Immediate Care Rates
Life is uncertain and not all of us have the luxury to know what next month will bring. You might be unsure how long your recovery will take. Or not sure how your parents will respond to care support. Let us just take it one week at a time!
NOTE: we can provide a quote for you for anything from 2 hours, once a week up to 24 hours seven days a week, hence the need for the consultation, but to get a feel for the potential investment in your care or the care of a loved on, see below:

We have a secure, portable card machine so you can pay on the spot—no need for cash or bank transfers. We accept all major debit and credit cards, and you’ll receive a receipt immediately via email or text.
